Commercial Manager | 3 days a week | Fresh Produce

A rare opportunity has come up for a business who are looking to employ a part time (3 days a week) experienced Commercial Manager to support the Commercial Director.

Salary - Based around a pro-rata'd amount of your full time equivalent salary.

About the Company:-
Based in the Spalding area, our client is a highly regarded fresh produce business who have a great track record within their core categories. There have been a number of positive changes within the business and as a result they are looking to recruit.

About the Role:-
You will be managing a number of key retail customers. This particular area is important to the business, they have very few competitors and they see good opportunities to grow uptake. It is crucial that the customers are managed effectively and that all growth opportunities are explored.

The Ideal Candidate:-
The particular division you will be on is an important part of the business, but one which doesn't change drastically on a day to day basis. As such, they are in a position to be able to offer significant flexibility to someone with the right level of experience, looking for 3 days per week (or spreading these hours over a 5 day week if preferred). You will need to have a good track record of managing retail accounts and be good with time prioritisation. They are open to some flexibility on location as well, but would like you to be in the office at least once per week.
