About the Job
This is a role where you will be afforded a lot of autonomy and creative control. You will be reporting directly into the Managing Director in order to give you the best opportunity to exact change quickly. The business have highlighted a lot of opportunities for them to do more online and this is where you come in. You will take the lead on developing their digital customer base and seek out opportunities to expand existing relationships and foster new ones. You will have access to all of the centralised functions in order to ensure the success of these ventures.

The Ideal Candidate
Passion for, and experience in Online / Digital sales is crucial. Understanding digital sales methods (PPC, Google Ads etc) is vital and will be driven by you. Ideally you will come from an FMCG background, preferably food due to the pace they work at. Attention to detail is important and the ability to maintain a calm approach despite various pressures is going to stand you in good stead. Grit and determination will serve you well, along with the ability to inspire others to action.
