About Our Client

We are working with a fresh produce grower packer who pack a range of fresh produce for retail and foodservice customers.

About the Job

The role will be varied and will involve maintaining greenlight database system, compliance data covering generic compliance (Assured Produce, Global GAP, LEAF, BRC, Organic), pesticide approvals and other internal and external information as required.

Management of the raw material and product testing programme for compliance in pesticide residues, microbiological loading & provenance.

The Ideal Candidate

This will suit an experienced Technical Compliance professional. You will have experience of BRC, HACCP, SEDEX, Food Safety, Greenlight, muddy boots etc within fresh produce. You will have good broad knowledge and experience of fresh produce and a good understanding of micro and interpreting data.
