About the Job
In this role you will be working closely to support the fast-growing team based in Bedford. The role will involve managing the sale of agricultural, rural and development properties, including site appraisals, obtaining and analysing offers, drafting heads of terms and ensuring the sales complete with agreed timescales.

You will be working closely with the Rural Agency team to identify and promote strategic land agreements as well as negotiating with developers and landowners. Working closely with the planning and development team to identify and promote renewable energy opportunities. Creating strong relationships with both clients and the firm.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a RICS accredited degree and will consider candidates ranging from graduate to qualified with experience working within development. The candidate will be organised, results-driven, with attention to detail and keen to solve challenges with good commercial awareness along with great verbal and written communication skills. We will be looking for a confident and professional individual who is keen to develop and progress their career.
