The business continues to invest in its equipment and facilities, and the engineering team plays a vital role in keeping things moving.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• Electrical fault finding and reactive maintenance on automated packing lines

• Planned maintenance and inspections across form-fill-seal machines, conveyors, and palletisers

• Supporting improvement projects, installations, and upgrades

• Working alongside a team of experienced engineers to reduce downtime and drive efficiency

What You'll Need

• Electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, or equivalent)

• Experience in an FMCG, fresh produce, or manufacturing environment

• Solid understanding of 3-phase systems, motors, inverters, and basic controls

• A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in

The Package

• £53,000 basic salary

• Monday to Friday, 07:30-17:00

• Overtime paid at 1.5x (Mon-Sat) and 2x (Sun - if ever needed)
