Ethical Compliance Manager | Fresh Produce | Kent

We are working with a leading fresh produce supplier who are looking for an Ethical Compliance Manager to join their technical team.

You will be reporting into the Senior Technical Compliance Manager and you will be responsible for ensuring the business is covered on all technical compliance issues. You will ensure that all growers/suppliers are compliant, you will review supplier certifications, be the business champion for SEDEX and complete business risk assessments. You will be involved in customer visits and present to customers with regards to the ethical strategy for the business.

This is a fast-paced environment, you will be liaising with suppliers/growers from around the world. Ideally you will be working in similar ethical compliance role within a fresh produce business and have a keen interest is all things ethical and sustainable. Dealing with retailers in a customer-facing role will be advantageous.
