Our client

Our client is a large fresh produce business specialising in soft fruit and Arable crops. They're based in Herefordshire and are a very forward-thinking business looking for like minded individuals to join the team.

The role

They're looking for a Mechanic to maintain its vehicle fleet on site. The main responsibilities will be managing all the repairs, servicing and breakdowns. Liaising with internal and external customers. Managing all work priorities and ensuring all work / maintenance is recorded and carried out in accordance with standard Operating Procedures.

The candidate

Our client is looking for someone who can be responsive to the needs of everyday parts of the business. Having expertise in a range of diverse white fleet type vehicles is required. The business is looking for a fully motivated self-starter to take ownership of this position and work together with all sectors of the business. Good communication skills are a must.
