Fashion Department Manager
Location: Bicester
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, alternate weekends
Salary: Up to £40,000 (dependent on experience)

What you'll be doing:

As Fashion Department Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running, commercial performance, and customer experience of the fashion department.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, developing, and inspiring your team to deliver excellent service and performance

  • Managing seasonal ranges, trend-led displays, and compelling visual merchandising

  • Monitoring stock levels and EPOS accuracy to maintain strong availability and presentation

  • Driving department sales and profitability through clear KPIs and commercial planning

  • Delivering a standout customer experience with high service standards and styling support

  • Collaborating with the wider management team to support centre operations and standards
