With a background in design and entrepreneurship, Leo studied at Central Saint Martins and gained extensive experience working in design. After venturing into starting his own company, Leo successfully raised initial funds but ultimately fell short of securing the £2 million capital needed for the main raise. This experience led him to recruitment, where he is now focused on honing his skills and making a meaningful impact in the industry.
