Field Sales - Bristol

An exciting and fast-growing food brand is looking for a driven and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is focused on winning new business within the hospitality sector, particularly independent restaurants and small groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert new foodservice customers within the restaurant and casual dining space

  • Deliver impactful in-person tastings and product presentations

  • Build strong relationships with chefs, operators, and purchasing contacts

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding

  • Share insights and collaborate with the internal commercial team

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Field sales experience, ideally within foodservice, FMCG, or hospitality supply

  • A strong understanding of the restaurant market

  • Confidence presenting to chefs and decision-makers

  • The ability to self-manage, work autonomously, and deliver results

  • A passion for innovative, sustainable food products

Salary - £40k - 50k (Pro-rata)
