An exciting and fast-growing food brand is looking for a driven and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is focused on winning new business within the hospitality sector, particularly independent restaurants and small groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and convert new foodservice customers within the restaurant and casual dining space
Deliver impactful in-person tastings and product presentations
Build strong relationships with chefs, operators, and purchasing contacts
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding
Share insights and collaborate with the internal commercial team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Field sales experience, ideally within foodservice, FMCG, or hospitality supply
A strong understanding of the restaurant market
Confidence presenting to chefs and decision-makers
The ability to self-manage, work autonomously, and deliver results
A passion for innovative, sustainable food products
Salary - £40k - 50k (Pro-rata)
