This exciting start up which has been formed following a break away from a successful and profitable ingredients company is looking for a new Finance and Ops Manager to join their team, hoping to launch in January 2023, you will be joining and helping create the final touches before the company begins trading.

In this role you will be responsible for a variety of roles, including finance, ops and parts of HR. You will be assisted by a couple of consultants who have strong experience, but this mainly be a standalone role. You will be expected to control the balance sheets, monthly accounts and budgets as well as producing forecasts and invoices. On the Ops side you will be key to the stock control and purchasing of products. You will liaise with external clients and suppliers to build lasting relationships.

To be considered for this role you will need to be a hardworking, ambitious candidate who is driven by a challenge. You will need to be interested in the food industry with ideally some prior knowledge of it. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must as well as a can do, attitude.
