Salary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus

• Drive weekly financial reporting with precision
• Own month and year-end activities with confidence
• Provide vital operational finance support
• Lead pricing and costing for new and existing product development (NPD/EPD)
• Spearhead forecasting and budgeting efforts

Who Are We Looking For?

• A qualified finance professional, or someone on the path to qualification
• Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner role, especially in the fresh produce/FMCG sector, is a big plus
• A proactive problem-solver with sharp analytical skills
• A strong communicator, adept at liaising with both internal teams and external partners
