Are you an experienced Financial Controller looking for a new opportunity to expand on your experience? Now would be a great time to join a fantastic, expanding FMCG business and work closely with the Finance Director and operational teams at the Crewe site, and occasionally Clitheroe.

This is a 12-14 months contract role that will offer flexibility to work 4 days a week and from home. There is the possibility that this could also be extended, as other opportunities within the group.

What will a typical day look like?

As FC, you will report into the Finance Director of Operations work closely with the groups operational teams. You'll manage the operational financial controls across Crewe and Clitheroe through a wide range of duties including:

• Reviewing S&L performance
• Operational profit improvement management
• Help and support delivery of a robust plan for FY25 and contribute to the wider 3-year plan.
• Deliver weekly KPI updates
• Stock control and exposure
• Team development and succession planning

Is this you?

You will need to be a qualified accountant with previous experience in the FMCG/Manufacturing industry. Advanced excel skills, ERP knowledge and people management skills are a must.
