My client based in Egham is looking for a Finance Manager to be responsible for all aspects of the company's day-to-day financial operations and accounting across the month, through to control of the entire month end accounting and reporting process.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring accurate cashflow management and company compliance with banking covenants, through regular cashflow reporting and forward forecasting.
Management of all company's banking matters, from managing day-to-day supplier payments through to dealing with the extensive monthly bank reporting.
Supporting with the company's working capital targets, providing relevant reporting on working capital balances, challenging working capital number, particularly around the management of customer debtors and creditors.
Ensuring complete tax compliance across VAT, corporation tax, PAYE and other taxes as relevant.
Provide ad-hoc analysis on key business metrics and risk management.

Must haves:
Strong team leadership skills and experience of managing and developing a high performing team.
Fully qualified ACCA, with at least 3 years post qualification experience.
Drive and self-motivation and a strong eye for detail and good analytical skills.
