Are you a CIMA qualified finance professional thinking about a new role? I have an opportunity for someone to join a fresh produce organisation as the lead finance person.

What will as typical day look like as Financial Controller?

This is an extremely hands on role as you'll be responsible for financial management including: financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, implementing financial controls and analysis. There will be a large element of cross-function collaboration for the HR, IT and logistics teams.

Is this you?

You'll ideally be CIMA qualified with experience in a similar role and/or industry. You'll be a strategic thinker with a strong financial background with a drive to provide the support overall business performance. Excellent leadership and communications skills with the ability to collaborate across other business areas is a must for this role.

This is a permanent and full time position but we will also consider a 4 day working week for those not looking to commit full time.
