Garden Care Manager

The shared company goal is to delight the customer, providing them with a memorable experience each time they visit one of the garden centres or restaurants.

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and creative individual for the role of Garden Care Team Manager. Someone with a flair for product presentation and a sound knowledge of horticulture, you should be able to work effectively on your own or as part of the wider team.

You will be responsible for ensuring that both yourself and the team deliver the highest standards of service to customers at all times.

The role includes responsibility for:
Monitoring sales
Reviewing stock holding and re-ordering product
All aspects of Health and Safety

In order to be successful you will need to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels throughout the company.

The ideal candidate will have Duty Manager experience and a RHS Level 1 Horticultural qualification (or equivalent). This position includes weekend working.
