About our client

Our client is a Garden Centre that is run by a charity that helps with mental health. Working hand in hand with individuals to help improve their day-to-day experiences while helping them contribute to society. The centre is based in Surrey and over the past couple of years has progressed with further progression in the future.

About the job

In this role, you will be in charge of the day to day running of the centre and having input on the future plans going forward. Make sure the retail operation is successful and bringing in the correct customers/sales, and if not then make decisions as to what can help that.

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate is someone from a retail management background with either experience in working around mental health or having an interest in it. Management skills are key as you will be overseeing a team of workers and volunteers who will need to manage in the right way on a day to day basis. Customer service also needs to be second to none!
