About our client

This client is a family run Garden Centre based in North Yorkshire, they are looking to really start improving the Garden Centre and grow within the next couple of years. They grow the majority of stock within their own Nursery which is one of their selling points.

About the job

This job will be overseeing the whole operation within the Garden Centre and really helping implement your own style with them to push the centre forward and assist with their growth going forward. This centre is heavily plant orientated so making sure you work well with the nursery side of operations is a must.

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has come from a background of management within Garden Centres and had teams below them that have worked fluently. Good plant knowledge is an absolute must as well due to the centre being so heavily plant-based. You will have a team below you that will be dealing directly with the plants, but you will be training and helping them.
