The company are a busy garden centre situated on the outskirts of Leeds and prides themselves on providing expert knowledge to their customers. Equipped with a strong plant area, farm shop and catering areas, this garden centre is not one to miss.

About the job

In this role you will be overseeing the Garden Centre and all of the staff members within it, you will be focussing on staff training and development as well as the general day to day tasks such as making sure everything is stocked well, and especially make sure the plant area is looking it's best for the local community.

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will come from a past within Garden Centre Management with a heavy focus on the plant area. You will also have a strong passion for developing and coaching staff from within your centre with the aim for them to progress through the company. On top of this, you need to be a huge people person as we think extremely fondly of our local community here.
