Your Role

As Garden Retail Supervisor, you'll lead the day-to-day running of the Gardening Sundries department, ensuring ranges are well presented, stock levels are maintained, and customers can easily find what they need.
You'll support ordering, merchandising, and product availability, while driving high standards of service and helping the team deliver a positive shopping experience.
This is a hands-on role where your eye for detail and confidence on the shop floor will make a real impact.

What We're Looking For

• Retail experience, ideally within a garden centre or a gardening-related environment
• Strong people skills with the ability to motivate and support a small team
• A good understanding of gardening products, tools, aggregates, sprays and sundries (or a passion to learn quickly)
• Organised, proactive and able to maintain excellent visual standards across the department
• A customer-first mindset, with the confidence to handle queries and deliver great service
