About the job

As Garden Centre Operations Manager you will be overseeing the whole retail operation within the garden centre which includes things such as stock management, customer service, communication, payroll, HR and much much more.

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will come from a busy retail focused background in a target driven company. Garden centre experience is not a must, so any form of quick paced retail is welcome. You need to have the ability to spot areas of improvement and then act on them, whether that requires complete change within the store or if it's just a case of rolling out some training. An end aim of maximising success within the store is a must.
