Our clients have been inspiring gardeners since the 1940's. Their garden centres are part of an award-winning family owned group of four. The award-winning centres offer a superb shopping destination, inspirational plant nurseries, great events calendar and beautiful restaurants. Their shared company goal is to delight the customer, providing them with a memorable experience each time they visit one of the garden centres.

We are currently looking for a horticulturally trained person to join their friendly and enthusiastic Plant team in Oxfordshire.

Responsible for delivering expert horticultural advice. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a horticultural environment and be fast paced with the ability to multi task and have a hands on approach to support the team with daily tasks and plant maintenance. IT skills will be required to research and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who can deliver outstanding customer service and delight customers with their attention to detail and product knowledge.

This is a full time position, working alternate weekends and bank holidays as required.
