About the Role
This role will offer you the autonomy to grow the restaurant side of this garden centre site which has loads of potential to treble in size. You will work closely with the site GM and group operations manager to deliver growth plans, develop menus and oversee the team to see the restaurant grow and be successful. You will utilise your experience in managing restaurants to keep customers coming back, source local suppliers and seasonal food to create the best offering.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering growth of a hospitality/restaurant venue, ideally within a garden centre. You will understand how to grow a restaurant (covers and sales) in a seasonal business and make effective use of menu changes and local, seasonal products. You will have a customer focus and be able to lead and manage a team to deliver exceptional service.

Minimum Requirements
You will need to have experience in leading and managing a restaurant venue through a period of sustained growth, be a strong communicator and be able to lead a team.
