Our client is a progressive and dynamic group of garden centres, based country wide. They are seeking to add to their highly skilled team by recruiting a Seasonal Plants Section Head for their plantarea in their East Kent Garden Centre.

The SUCCESSFUL candidate will be responsible for:
Assisting in the day-to-day running of the Seasonal Plant Section of the plantarea.
Working with the Plant Manager to order and display the plantarea stock.
Supervising the departmental staff.
Maintaining excellent customer service.

The IDEAL person will possess:
Excellent plant knowledge
Developed retail and customer service skills
Excellent supervisory skills preferably within a retail environment.
