General Manager | Fresh Cut Flowers

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and well-respected fresh cut flowers business who are committed to supplying an excellent standard of product to the online market.

They are looking for a proactive, adaptive and hands-on General Manager to take full responsible of the business and supporting the MD in a range of tasks.

As well as effectively supporting production and operations to meet cost and customer service levels you will also manage commercial aspects of the business and P&L.

To be a successful candidate, you will be an experienced senior professional coming from the fresh produce or fresh cut flowers sector.

Either way it goes without saying, you will have excellent communication skills along with the ability to plan and manage accordingly.

In return a salary of c. £60K + shares in the business is on offer, depending on your experience and stage in your career.
