About the Client

This is an excellent Operations General Manager opportunity within a busy and fast paced fresh produce business. They are looking for a down to earth, practical and hands-on professional who has a proactive and pre-emptive attitude. You will demonstrate that you are a natural leader with strong leadership skills.

About the Job

Ultimately you will be responsible for all site packing operations, management of efficient grading, raw material, production, quality and HSE. You will also be responsible for the P&L of the unit; manging budgetary and costing responsibilities. It is vital that you put people first but also look to add value and set out a clear plan to improve efficiency and output.
