About the Role

This isn't your typical sales role-there's no cold selling. You'll act as the technical lead on customer projects, ensuring solutions are practical, cost-effective, and horticulturally sound.

• Be the technical interface between clients, design, and delivery
• Guide commercial growers, nurseries, and vertical farms
• Support the entire lifecycle: quote ➝ spec ➝ project handover
• Join a small, expert team where longevity and culture fit matter

Ideal Candidate

• Horticultural or engineering background (glasshouse knowledge ideal)
• Strong communicator, able to translate technical requirements
• Looking for a long-term role in a growing, people-first business
• Comfortable with project-based work and learning the commercial side
