About our Client

Our client is an innovative and dynamic soft fruit grower, who has grown from strength to strength. They grow on nearly 200 hectares across the UK and are known for their polytunnel and substrate operation. They also grow across the world, allowing them a year-round fruit supply.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career within the soft fruit industry. You will begin by spending time in different areas within the growing operation; to gain a full understanding of the process. This will include some time in propagation, irrigation, and harvest. Upon completion of the graduate programme, you will then find a role specialising within a certain area.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have a qualification in horticulture or agriculture and be genuinely interested in soft fruit. Ideally, you will have a basic understanding of growing and be looking to start a career in commercial growing. The right attitude is essential, you must be enthusiastic, willing to learn and keen to develop a career. For the right candidate, there are fantastic long term career prospects with our client.
