Graduate Surveyor - Infrastructure & Commercial Property

Are you looking to kick‑start your surveying career with a role that gives you real responsibility from day one? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing national property consultancy offering a blend of infrastructure and commercial property management experience; perfect for anyone working towards their APC.

You'll join two high‑performing teams and gain exposure to a wide range of work, from major infrastructure schemes to hands‑on commercial property management across a varied portfolio.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the delivery of infrastructure projects across multiple sectors

  • Getting involved in every stage of the project lifecycle - land referencing, survey access, securing consents, and assisting with compensation matters

  • Working closely with property owners, asset managers and tenants

  • Assisting with day‑to‑day commercial property management, including compliance, service charge administration and client reporting

  • Building strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders

  • Travelling to sites across the region and occasionally further afield

  • Developing your technical and professional skills through a structured graduate programme

What we're looking for

  • A degree from an RICS‑accredited course (or working towards one)

  • Commitment to becoming MRICS - full APC support is provided

  • A genuine interest in the built and/or natural environment

  • Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude

  • Good attention to detail and the ability to solve problems

  • Comfortable working on multiple tasks and adapting to changing project needs

  • Willingness to travel to client sites and work outdoors when required

  • Access to transport (or willingness to obtain it before starting)
