A degree from an RICS‑accredited course (or working towards one)
Commitment to becoming MRICS - full APC support is provided
A genuine interest in the built and/or natural environment
Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
Good attention to detail and the ability to solve problems
Comfortable working on multiple tasks and adapting to changing project needs
Willingness to travel to client sites and work outdoors when required

⭐ What's in it for you
£27,000 starting salary
Full APC training and structured graduate development
25 days holiday + bank holidays + full festive shutdown
Birthday off after 12 weeks
Hybrid working (with strong early‑career support in the office)
Annual discretionary bonus
Social, sporting and charity events
Employee assistance programme and shopping discounts
A supportive, collaborative culture where you can grow quickly
