About our Job
We are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead our existing maintenance team.
In this role, you will be role ensuring equipment and buildings are maintained to a high standard plus managing a small team of multi-skilled engineers. This individual will also manage all ongoing maintenance projects/refurbishment programmes and plan resources.
The Ideal Candidate
A recognised electrical engineering qualification in City & Guilds 2360 16th/17th Edition
Proven experience leading a team of engineering and technical staff in a robust manufacturing/ production environment
Experience and effective proven project management skills
Experience and understanding of a broad range of engineering fundamentals
The ability to communicate competently and effectively and provide technical representation to both suppliers, contractors, technical and non-technical
Good AutoCAD skills, as well as strong overall IT skills
Experience running multiple projects and balancing this with operational support and day-to-day managerial duties.
The ability to manage the incoming stream of work, effectively delegate and enable staff to achieve on time, on budget and quality success.
Experience with financial planning in engineering and project management e.g. producing and monitoring project budgets etc.
