About the role & ideal candidate

Responsible for the planning and growing of the glasshouse crop from seed to harvest, ensuring that sales forecast plans are met at all times within specified quality and safety standards. A key part of the role is managing the automated control systems and services to the glasshouse.

You will be involved in all aspects of the growing process, ensuring that planned production is grown to the set customer specifications at all times.

They are looking for someone to continuously challenge the growing process and strive to continually improve product quality.

It is essential that you have some knowledge and experience of the growing process within a glasshouse setting.

A second to none, positive and proactive attitude with an ability to work at a fast pace whilst maintaining a high standard are crucial.
