Would you like to work for an international supplier of garden and vegetable plants? We are working with such a company as they look to strengthen their team by recruiting an enthusiastic Grower.

Our client has a large production site (50 acres) in Cambridgeshire which is a mixture of glass and tunnels. As Grower, it would be your job to manage designated areas of this site where you would be responsible for:
- Pest management
- Irrigation
- Managing the glasshouse environment
- Health & safety

We are looking for passionate candidates who have experience of working in commercial horticulture. You will be comfortable using your own initiative and be self-motivated. Ideally, you will have your PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates but training would be provided for the right candidate. It is essential that you are flexible as there will be weekend working and longer hours in peak periods.
