About Our Client

We are proud to be working with a leading Berry Grower as they look to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Grower. The business has multiple sites across the UK but you will be based at their site in Berkshire / Surrey area.

About the role

Main duties with be planning and delivering of day to day Growing. Developing of cropping strategy and delivering trials. Managing irrigation, pest and disease and biological activities and controlling the glasshouse environment including energy, light and CO2 strategies. Managing the team.

The Ideal Candidate

Candidates will have worked on large scale commercial horticultural operations previously. Experience of working with protected crops is essential and experience of working with soft fruit is highly desirable. This job would suit candidates already working as a Grower or perhaps those who are currently Assistant Grower and looking to take a step up.
