About Our Client
Our client is a family run business, who specialise in supplying young plants to the commercial and retail market. They grow in over 14 Ha of glass, grow over 300 different varieties of plants and produce over 200 million plants a year. Due to continued growth, they need an experienced grower/ manager to join the team.

About The Role
Working closely with the Production Director, you will have significant input into the production of quality young plants across their 4 sites. Your daily duties will include workload planning and deployment of staff, along with all other aspects of crop management as the job requires. Input to planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes will also fall into your remit.

The Ideal Candidate
This role is ideal for someone with significant experience in growing crops. We are open to what this experience might look like, whether it be salad, hardy ornamental or under glass. Communication and organisational skills are essential, as you will be working closely with and providing support to the production director,
