In this 5th Generation family-built business, you will be supported by a friendly team to continue successfully harvesting the leek and brassica crops.

The farm is delivering high quality crop varieties to major UK retailers and wholesalers, the team is thriving and needs a Manager to continue to move them forward.

What's the role?

This Harvest Manager position will see you managing the day-to-day planning and coordination of 700 hectares of leek and brasssica crops.

You will manage a team across the two sites in Holbeach Hurn, with the Leek Harvest Manager, Brassica Harvest Manager and Workshop reporting into you.

What skills do I need?

You'll bring experience and skills from previous harvest management, ready to jump into this role and take the reins.

Communication, as with any management role, is essential as you will be ensuring your team stay motivated and you can get the most out of them.

This role would see you managing the day-to-day operations of the harvest, but there's always someone around to offer you any support and guidance you need.

Who do I get to work for?

Worth Farms are part of the A H Worth group a 5th generation food and farming business. They are vertically integrated, growing most of the produce they sell on their own farms. They operate from two sites in South Lincolnshire, as well as farming operations in Spain and Italy, employing up to 750 people.

They are always looking for ways to invest and grow the business, and farming is the foundation behind this.

Vegetable production in the UK is around 700ha and is run closely with arable production of 2500ha.
