About Our Client

An incredibly well-established, long-standing, who currently holds a large market share of high-quality products that they produce/manufacture. The business currently supplies these high-quality products to some of the most well-known UK Supermarkets.

About the Role

As Head of Engineering, you will work closely with the Operations Director, to work collaboratively with the other departments of the business to ensure that Operationally the business keeps moving forward. You will oversee the preventative, and reactive maintenance of the facility/production area. You will also look strategically to develop projects and improvements across the business, handling the engineering and projects based budgets.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally, you will have a proven track record of managing successful engineering teams, within Food/FMCG environments. You will have handled Engineering & Projects previously and have tangible achievements in developing the Operational performance. Please don't be deterred if you are a Senior Engineering Manager looking to take a step up, but make sure you have a can-do attitude and the passion to learn, develop and grow with the role.
