Head of Operations | Fresh Food

This is an excellent opportunity to lead the Operations team within a successful and well-respected Fresh food Business who are committed to supplying an excellent standard of product.

They are looking for a proactive, adaptive and hands-on Operations Manager lead and oversee a busy facility.

You will be responsible for all fresh site operations, leading and coaching the team at all levels, delivering against the business plan and promoting and encouraging values. A focus on delivering continuous improvement within all production areas of the fresh division whilst ultimately meeting production requirements on time and in full.

To be a successful candidate, you will be an experienced production / Operations Manager coming from the food processing sector.

It goes without saying, you will have excellent communication skills along with the ability to plan and manage your work load accordingly.
