About Our Client

We are working with a global food manufacturer built around their core values of integrity, teamwork and quality; looking for a highly skilled Health and Safety responsible for the implementation of the group policy across the site.

About the Job

They are looking for an enthusiastic Health, Safety and Environment Manager to implement and promote a strong Health and Safety culture on site - this is a hands-on role so you will be expected to be actively writing SOP's, creating risk assessments etc. not just overseeing.

You will be committed to promoting a safe working culture, managing the standards, being the dedicated provision on site driving the safety culture and best practice, including behavioural aspects of Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement

The Ideal Candidate

You will work closely with the Senior Management team which will require you to have superb communication. It is essential that you have a proven track record of as a Health, Safety and Environment professional within a food or drink manufacturing environment and possess your NEBOSH certification. It is highly desirable that you possess a suitable IEMA environmental qualification or similar.
