Position: Horticultural Manager
Location: Burnley
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (flexible, dependent on experience)

What you'll be doing:
As Horticultural Manager, you'll take full ownership of the plant area - leading from the front to deliver excellence in product quality, presentation, and customer experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing the plant area to deliver strong sales and exceptional retail standards.
- Leading, motivating, and supporting a small team within a wider garden centre operation.
- Taking ownership of stock control, ordering, and replenishment to meet seasonal demand.
- Providing expert horticultural advice and outstanding service to customers.
- Working closely with senior management to identify growth opportunities and improve overall performance.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
