Horticulture Graduate | Hampshire

Are you looking for your first role within a commercial nursery? We are excited to be working with a well-established tree nursery in Hampshire, who are looking for a passionate Horticulture Graduate to join their team. This business has been growing for over 150 years and are well-known industry leaders for growing high-quality trees, plants, and shrubs.

As a graduate, you would work alongside the team to learn all elements of the role. You will be responsible for a range of tasks including general plant husbandry, pruning and crop walking. As you become more established and experienced, you will be responsible for more and can progress your career within the business.

We are looking for candidates with a genuine interest in establishing a career within horticulture. This might be a graduate looking for their first role, or someone who has previously worked within a garden centre environment who is looking to move onto the commercial growing side. You will be hardworking, enthusiastic to learn all elements of the role and be happy to spend time outside. For the right candidate, the business is willing to put you through your spray certificates.
