Horticulture Technical Sales Manager
£DOE plus package
You already know everything there is to know about growing quality plants.
You're so passionate about growing, and now it's time to pass this knowledge on to other growers in the industry.
This role will see you supporting growers across a range of protected crops, including ornamentals, leafy salads, and soft fruit. But don't worry, we don't expect you to know all crops inside out - there's plenty of training and support to get you up to speed.
You will be working closely with growers and distributors, to offer the best products based on their needs and challenges.
As with any role of this kind, there will be sales targets to hit - but with your extensive knowledge and bubbly personality, this won't be an issue.
This role is a great blend between being out on site getting to crop walk and at home ensuring the admin is up to date.
You'll be working with a product range at the forefront of crop nutrition and liquid fertilisers.
As well as selling and promoting the product, you'll also get to work with the R&D team to support in grower trials and the marketing of new products.
Given the technical advice you'd need for this role, you'll already have your FACTS qualification. It'd be great if you have your BASIS, but this isn't essential.
You might be working in a similar role at the moment, but you're ready to diversify your crop portfolio.
You might be a grower, with fantastic technology knowledge and the itch to do more.
