Key Responsibilities

You will manage their houseplant department, ensuring a vibrant and diverse selection of plants, and maintaining attractive displays. Your role includes managing inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the department well-stocked. You will provide exceptional customer service by offering expert advice and solutions to customers' indoor gardening needs. Additionally, you will oversee plant health and maintenance, implement best care practices, and coordinate with suppliers to source high-quality plants and products.

The Ideal Candidate

We seek candidates with proven experience in horticulture, specifically with houseplants. Strong organisational and customer service skills are essential. You should know about plant care, pest management, and sustainable gardening practices. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required. A passion for houseplants and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience is a must.
