This role supports the agricultural division, which includes farming and milling operations across several locations.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a dedicated HR team supporting around 800 employees across a multi site model. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a hands on HR position within a fast paced, operational environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted HR partner to line managers and supervisors
- Providing guidance across the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, development and exit
- Managing employee relations cases such as disciplinaries, grievances and absence
- Reporting on key HR metrics and identifying trends to improve performance
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts
- Working closely with the wider HR team to align local and national people strategies
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a HR advisory role, preferably in a FMCG environment OR an Experienced HR Assistant
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or degree equivalent
- Confident decision maker with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Proactive and practical with a collaborative approach
- Full UK driving licence is essential due to regular travel between sites
