We are looking for a HR manager to join a major player in the fresh produce world. Within this role you will be responsible for the HR of one arm of this multi-channel business based out of Spalding. You will work closely with a range of senior and seasonal staff, as well as liaising with other HR staff from different arms.

So, what do you need? Experience is key, ideally within a fast-moving goods environment, understanding the day to day is essential as well as being able to think on your feet. You will be responsible for a range of people so strong communication skills are a must. You will ideally be CIPD level 5 qualified and be showcasing these skills within a role.
