Import/Export Document Administrator | Food | Lincolnshire
Hours: Mon-Fri (normal office hours)

The business we are recruiting for are a leader in their market, supplying global and domestic markets with the best and finest quality products. They are about to go through some interesting and exciting growth so are looking at expanding their team and looking for a loyal and dedicated professional to join the documentation team, to help streamline their document administration processes.
About the Role
You will work closely with the Schedulers within the business, and help manage and oversee the documentation process for import and export processess. Throughout, you will help the wider team ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements are met. This will mean you will have to collaborate with various departments to gather and verify necessary information for accurate documentation. You may also need to coordinate closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant parties.
What do you need?
- Proven experience in documentation administration is a must.
- Experience within Logistics, Transport or Supply Chain would be great, but not essential
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in relevant software tools and platforms
