Day to day responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of house accounts, ensuring service excellence.
  • Build strong customer relationships and act as their key point of contact.
  • Spot opportunities for growth and support new product launches.
  • Keep customer data and reporting sharp through CRM and Excel.
  • Work with Operations to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.

Candidate Criteria:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service - 1-2years+
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, organised, and confident making decisions under pressure
  • Comfortable analysing sales data and presenting insights
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
