We're looking for a hands-on, hard-working Junior Engineer to join a small horticulture business near Huntingdon. This is all about attitude - if you're willing to put the work in, learn on the job, and get stuck in, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do

• Help keep the glasshouses and equipment running smoothly.

• Work on boilers, CHP engines, irrigation systems, and general maintenance.

• Learn both mechanical and basic electrical skills on the job.

• Roll up your sleeves and get involved in a variety of engineering tasks.

What we're looking for

• Hard-working, reliable, and practical.

• Someone who enjoys hands-on work and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.

• College leaver, apprenticeship completer, or mechanically minded individual.

• A willingness to learn, take responsibility, and grow within the team.
