We're hiring a Land Consents Coordinator - perfect for a recent grad or someone keen to pivot into the world of land rights, telecoms, and infrastructure. You'll be part of a growing team supporting national clients and learning the ropes of Wayleave and Easement agreements.

What You'll Bring

• Degree or experience in property, law, utilities, fibre, or similar

• Full, clean driving licence

• Strong communication and attention to detail

• Confidence working independently and in a team

• Interest or awareness of Wayleave, Easement, and Compulsory Purchase

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing Wayleave and Easement agreements from start to finish

• Visiting sites across the UK

• Submitting applications to Network Operators

• Liaising with solicitors and supporting legal completions

• Attending meetings and supporting negotiations

• Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date

• Providing clear updates to clients
