What you'll be doing:
- Leading land referencing workstreams on nationally significant infrastructure projects (DCO, CPO, TWAO).
- Managing client-side purchase orders, tracking variations, and advising on land referencing for planning, acquisition, and legal due diligence.
- Supporting and developing a team of land referencing professionals, ensuring high standards and compliance with project requirements.
- Working closely with the Head of Land Referencing to scope, resource, and cost commercial tenders, while shaping strategic approaches to land referencing.

- Solid experience in land referencing, ideally on large-scale infrastructure schemes within multi-disciplinary teams.
- A strong grasp of planning and compulsory purchase legislation, including DCO and CPO processes.
- Proven ability to lead and support teams, delivering quality outputs and encouraging professional growth.
- Where you'll be based:
- You'll be located in England or Wales, working on projects across the region.
